We're looking for a freelance Marketing and PPC Specialist to assist in the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and are able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage social and digital campaign plans;
  • Identify KPIs and target audiences, develop personas and create strategies and implementation plans;
  • Engage with clients through the strategy process through working sessions, presentations, and feedback sessions;
  • Oversee and implement SEM and social ad programs on channels such as Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIN;
  • Understand and manage client media-buying cycles, product/service update schedules, online marketing philosophy and goals, and target demographics;
  • Ability to set up remarketing ads, tracking codes, and tag managers;
  • Identify and communicate effectively with the team and our clients for opportunities to improve ROI;
  • Manage multiple client campaigns, and manage campaigns and budgets accordingly;
  • Produce detailed campaign performance analysis with insights and recommendations.

What you'll bring:

  • 1-3 years of online marketing experience focused on paid search and social media campaigns;
  • At least 2 years working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment;
  • Google AdWords certification and experience;
  • Google Analytics certification and experience;
  • Relevant marketing education OR combination of education and experience;
  • Strong analytical mindset;
  • The ability to function equally well independently as well as part of a team, and the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment;
  • Confidence in presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

Bonus round:

  • Experience with content marketing (including email campaigns and automation) and search engine optimization;
  • Experience creating, managing and testing landing pages;
  • Experience with DoubleClick Products;
  • Experience working in an agency environment;
  • Bilingual (English and French).
