As the Digital Marketing Manager at Soshal you will work on multiple paid initiatives across several digital advertising platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns across supported lines of business working with a team of dedicated craftspeople.

Our Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Has the ability to listen, be clear, and ensure you are understood. You know how to educate the team and clients on the work you do, ensuring the right information flows to the right people at the right time.
  • Is a Subject Matter Expert. You’re able to identify client needs, see opportunities, and can set goals for large-scale campaigns ($1 million plus in spend per year).
  • Is results-focused. You can align client needs with the digital advertising channel mix that will maximize performance and meet their business goals.
  • Is experienced. With 5+ years experience in campaign strategy and management, you know how to develop and present media plans, can develop measurement frameworks, manage complex campaign launches, and have plenty of platform experience with Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Understands teamwork in an agency environment. You can work with the team to identify and execute on creative requirements for a campaign.

Our Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Setup, management and optimization of PPC, display and re-marketing Google Ad campaigns;
  • Regular campaign optimization and reporting on campaign KPIs and ROI;
  • Provide insights and recommendations for paid media for all client digital campaigns;
  • Strategic account management;
  • Managing fluctuating ad budgets;
  • Managing large and complex campaign launches;
  • Attribution modelling, and educating clients on the importance of attribution modelling;
  • Complete post-campaign reporting and identify new paid media opportunities;
  • Ongoing client strategizing and expectation management;


  • 5+ years of experience in digital ad campaign strategy and management;
  • Google Ads and Analytics certified;
  • Thorough understanding and experience in all facets of digital marketing, and search engine/social media marketing is required to be successful in this role.
